What does it mean to "do good" for children and families?

Opening doors to new opportunities. Empowering children, teens and families to find - and build upon - strengths so they may rise above challenges and circumstances...so they may realize their full potential.

Addressing key barriers in early childhood and mental health, CHS offers solutions that lay the foundation for strong families. With our own foundations in adoption and foster care, CHS has grown to serve more than 50,000 families throughout Florida.

Early childhood solutions empower parents to create safe, stable, healthy homes for their children, and we work hand-in-hand with parents to help their kids reach key developmental, social and emotional milestones. 

We offer top coaches and support in early childhood as well as counseling services to children, teens, adults and families. Our counselors are highly trained and expertly lead in trauma-focused care. We are also the only statewide nonprofit to offer these critical resources at the touch of a button -through telehealth, we provide video sessions with top counselors.

As we reshape the future for children, CHS is working upstream to build bridges to success for children through innovative solutions and transformative changes in foster care management.
