CAREER LADDER ELIGIBLE TRAINING

DESCRIPTION:  In Conflict Resolution, participants will learn practical methods to help resolve conflicts, with specific professional applications in child welfare. Topics include: establishing and maintaining inner calm, cultivating a cohesive team, and seven steps for conflict resolution, all of which support the common goal of safeguarding vulnerable children and making sound decisions for their well-being.
