Are you a business professional, entrepreneur, or just financially responsible and a creative problem-solver? Then YOU have what it takes to mentor a Kidpreneur!
MENTOR A BIZ KID
We are looking for up to 6 mentors with diverse business backgrounds who can spare approximately 3 hours of time (total - not in one sitting) to visiting between 2-4 kids and chatting with them about their businesses to share expertise, advice, and your lessons learned from experience!
Total time commitment can be between 1 to 3 hours in 15-30 minute chunks. You would be meeting with 2-3 kids, but only one at a time. We will provide you with sample questions to ask and a rubric for reviewing their business plans.
IMPORTANT DATES
As a mentor you will be invited to 3 different events. The mentorship meet & greet (two choices for date) is the only required attendance meeting. Choose the one that best fits your schedule.

ALL MENTORS WELCOME
We have children from all walks of life - economically, racially, culturally - so our utmost goal is to have every child feel empowered and see themselves represented. Now is our chance to expand beyond our small community into the treasure trove of volunteers on the great wide internet! We hope to attract a beautiful variety of mentors who, after giving a piece of 15-20 minute business advice, can encourage and advise our children and their startup businesses. We would be honored if you could join us!
ABOUT THE FAIR
We are hosting our annual Pensacola Children’s Business Fair in a few short weeks to create a space for kids ages 5-17 to learn entrepreneurial skills and put them to use in a marketplace format. This year’s fair will be in an organized online format using professional quality virtual conferencing software to prioritize the health and safety of both children and adults while keeping the mission of cultivating curiosity, leadership, and resilience.
