PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Primary responsibilities of the Ronald McDonald Family Room (RMFR) Volunteer are: Provide a warm & welcoming atmosphere for families and visitors Greet and Connect directly with visitors and staff Register families using the Ipad and share Guidelines for its usage Ensure that the RMFR is clean and tidy Assist stocking supplies a Assist guests with the laundry room Practice and follow all hospital security and safety procedures Perform miscellaneous duties as needed Complete tasks independently Report for your position on time and ready to help families Dress neatly and professionally in business casual attire Wear your volunteer ID badgeVolunteers are not permitted to: Share or divulge any family/patient information.
