Whistleblowers of America

WoA was founded in 2017 to help whistleblowers overcome the psychosocial impacts of whistleblower retaliation. We are volunteer based with contacts coming from around the world looking for mental wellness support. We assist with decision-making, problem solving and resilience building for traumatized employees and military veterans experiencing symptoms. We support UN declarations and resolutions on anti-corruption and human rights defenders.

We offer individualized peer support and advocacy for employees and veterans experiencing retaliation, discrimination and harassment. We provide benefits counseling, resources and emotional support to prevent PTSD, depression and suicide. We offer education through the annual Workplace Promise Institute and monthly roundtable meetings.
