Description:

The Interstate Compact for Juveniles (ICJ) and Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children (ICPC) frequently intersect in practice, but are far less frequently understood…even by those frontline staff members who most often work with the missing youth who are affected by Compact rules.

This training will provide an overview of the requirements for the supervision and return of youth who are in the care of one state agency and are located in another state.
