NAMI Emerald Coast is currently seeking candidates for Member/Volunteer Coordinator to be responsible for organization, coordination, and management of the recruitment of members and volunteers to support organizational programs and services as well as community outreach.
Works with social, civic and local organizations to develop partnerships, where appropriate, to develop and/or utilize volunteers.
Develops and implements training programs for all volunteers. Maintains updated records on all volunteers. Sets up initial meetings with members and assigned volunteers for various events and programs. Reports to staff on volunteer activities as needed to the Director of Programs. Recommends and develops ongoing volunteer utilization. Develops and implements a volunteer recognition program.
This is a hybrid position that is primarily volunteer but we offer paid stipends for delivery of our programs and services based on our current funding.
