Volunteer Opportunity: Summer Survival Bag Packing Event
Help Us Pack 1,000 Summer Survival Bags!
Opening Doors Northwest Florida is seeking volunteers of all ages to help assemble 1,000 Summer Survival Bags for individuals and families experiencing homelessness during the hottest months of the year.

Location: Opening Doors Northwest Florida, 1020 N. New Warrington Road, Pensacola, FL 32506
These bags provide essential items that help our outreach teams keep vulnerable community members safe while connecting them with housing, healthcare, and supportive services.
Volunteer Activities
• Pack hygiene and summer survival supplies into bags
• Organize donated items
• Prepare completed bags for distribution by outreach teams
No experience is necessary. This is a great opportunity for individuals, families, youth groups, churches, civic organizations, businesses, and community groups to serve together.
Youth Volunteers: Volunteers under the age of 16 are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or chaperone. When registering, please include the parent's, guardian's, or chaperone's email address in the Emergency Contact section.

You can still make a difference! Donations of summer survival items are being accepted at Opening Doors Northwest Florida, or you can purchase needed items through our Amazon Wish List and have them shipped directly to us.
