Navarre Gardens North (Assisted Living) Wheel Chair Height Raised Garden Beds

Navarre Gardens is an Assisted Living Facility.  After talking to several of their wheel chair bound residents- they would love to have a few Wheel Chair height raised garden beds.  Currently they have beds that are at standing height which does not allow for many residents to help plant or harvest flowers or vegetables. They stated "it was a joy when they could work in their own gardens."  The Current plan is to make 2 such beds.
